Vista Residential Partners Announces Plans for River Vista, a 268-Unit Waterfront Community in Tampa, Florida
Tampa, FL — 2/18/2025 — Vista Residential Partners (“Vista”) announced plans to develop River Vista, a 268-unit multifamily community located on a 16.9-acre infill site along the Hillsborough River in eastern Tampa. The Project is positioned within Hillsborough County and benefits from immediate access to the region’s primary transportation corridors, including SR-301, SR-41, I-4, and I-75.
River Vista’s location provides direct connectivity to downtown Tampa within approximately ten minutes and offers efficient access to major employment centers across Central Florida, including Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. The elevated site overlooks the Hillsborough River along its western boundary and is located near a concentration of regional employers, higher education institutions, and a destination entertainment venues like the Florida State Fairgrounds and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
