Tristan Charlesworth
Managing Director – Regional Partner, Arizona
Tristan joined Vista Residential Partners in February of 2024 as Managing Director – Regional Partner, Arizona. Tristan is responsible for all aspects of development, construction oversite, lease-up and disposition throughout the state.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Tristan held the role of Director of Development for Trinsic Residential Partners. In that role, Tristan was involved in the site acquisition, entitlement, construction, lease-up and disposition of over 2,000 units in Arizona with a capitalization of over $450 million. Product types ranged from garden to Type III podium.
Tristan received a Bachelor of Urban Regional Planning and an MBA from Arizona State University.
