Randy Stephens
Director of Preconstruction
Randy Stephens joined Vista Residential Partners in January 2026 as Director of Pre-Construction. Before joining Vista, Randy was Director of Pre-Construction at NRP and Spring Valley Construction. He also served as Development Coordinator for Alliance Communities and Chief Estimator at C.F. Jordan. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the pre-construction process from creating conceptual estimates through the development of a final GMP budget.
He has 34 years of experience in Multi-Family Construction, completing over 26,000 units and a total value of $2.2B. He has worked on garden-style apartments, wraps, podiums, and mixed-use. He has also built student housing, military housing, and senior housing.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University. He also has a master’s degree in construction management from the University of Houston.
