Phillip Popwell joined Vista Residential Partners in 2022 as the Real Estate Development Accountant. His responsibilities include managing accounting and project management software, maintaining project and entity-specific accounting records, collaborating with partners to maintain budgets and track project costs, overseeing treasury management, and financial reporting.
Previously, Phillip was an accountant for a mid-sized manufacturing company, where he assisted in all aspects of the accounting process, including financial analysis, financial reporting, and inventory control.
Phillip received a BBA degree with a focus in Finance from the University of Georgia and a BBA degree with a focus in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University.
