Natalie de Guardiola
Director of Asset Management
Natalie de Guardiola joined Vista Residential Partners in 2020 as the Director of Asset Management. She is responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property revenue of the existing portfolio, and assisting with the development and onboarding of property management on new construction projects. Natalie ensures that all leasing activity is consistent with Vista standards and prevailing market conditions. She also oversees the reporting process along with market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting with respect to each property.
Prior to joining Vista, Natalie began her career in CRE at First Communities Management. She worked closely with new property developments across the southeastern region of the U.S., managing and coordinating traditional and digital marketing strategies to meet various objectives such as occupancy, budget, lead/traffic generation, social media engagement, and online reputation. She also provided strategic direction, guidance and support across Development, Operations, Training, and Marketing Departments. Natalie then joined Colliers International as a part of the Retail Services Group. As a part of the leasing team, she dedicated her time servicing clients on both the Landlord and Tenant Representation.
Natalie attended The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
