Michelle Aicega
Director of Development
Michelle Aicega recently joined Vista Residential Partners as Development Director and is based in Denver, Colorado. She brings nearly a decade of experience in multifamily development, acquisitions, and financial analysis, guiding projects from early concept through delivery.
Before joining Vista, Michelle served as Development Manager at Realberry (formerly McWhinney), where she managed multifamily and mixed-use developments across Colorado and Texas. Her work spanned the full development lifecycle, including land sourcing, entitlements, design coordination, and execution. She also contributed to the transactions team at UDR, Inc., supporting $2.3 billion in multifamily acquisitions totaling 8,200 apartment homes and $192 million in preferred equity investments.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
