Michael Neyhart
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Neyhart joined Vista Residential Partners in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. During his time with Vista, he has been involved with all aspects of the developments, investments, and operations of the firm. He has current oversight of the general operations of the Company, including operational policies and procedures, human resources, legal, accounting, investor relations, contract approvals and execution, and accounting. Since joining Vista, he has been involved with the acquisition and development of over 5,000 units with a total capitalization exceeding $800 million.
Prior to joining Vista, Michael was a Senior Auditor with a large regional public accounting firm where he was focused on the firm’s multi-family and office commercial real estate clients.
Michael graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in Real Estate and he holds an MBA from Georgia State University. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant.
