Michael Neyhart
Chief Investment Officer
Michael Neyhart joined Vista Residential Partners in 2013 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. During his time with Vista, he has been involved with all aspects of the developments and investments of the firm. He specializes in deal sourcing, acquisition and development underwriting, and asset management throughout the life of an investment. He works closely with lenders, investors, and property management to ensure that all goals and objectives are met or exceeded for all parties involved. During his time with Vista, he has been involved with the acquisition and development of over 5,000 units with a total capitalization exceeding $800 million.
Previously, Michael served as a Senior Auditor with a large regional public accounting firm where he was focused on the firm’s multi-family and office commercial real estate clients.
Michael attended the University of Georgia where he obtained a BBA degree in Real Estate and he holds an MBA from Georgia State University. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant.
