Matt Kelly joined Vista Residential Partners in August 2024 as Vice President of Construction for Texas. Before joining Vista, Matt held influential roles at notable construction firms such as CF Jordan, Swinerton Builders, AMCAL/AMTEX, and Spring Valley Construction. At AMCAL/AMTEX, he spearheaded the opening of their regional office in Texas, establishing their Construction and Preconstruction Teams and managing projects across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. At Spring Valley Construction, Matt served as Director of Multi-Family Operations, overseeing all critical project phases, from business development and pre-construction to construction management.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt has successfully managed the completion of over 9,000 units, including high-density wraps, podiums, suburban walk-ups, HUD/LIHTC projects, and mixed-use developments. His comprehensive expertise covers every aspect of construction and development, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and design management.
