Senior Vice President of Construction
Matt Kelly joined Vista Residential Partners in August 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President of Construction, leading construction operations across multiple markets. Before joining Vista, Matt held leadership roles at CF Jordan, Swinerton Builders, AMCAL/AMTEX, and Spring Valley Construction. At AMCAL/AMTEX, he led the opening of the Texas regional office, building the Construction and Preconstruction teams and managing projects across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. At Spring Valley Construction, he served as Director of Multi-Family Operations, overseeing all phases of projects from business development and preconstruction through construction and delivery.
With over 30 years of experience, Matt has managed the completion of more than 9,000 units, including wraps, podiums, walk-ups, HUD/LIHTC, and mixed-use developments. His experience covers estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and design management, with a focus on delivering projects efficiently and at a high level.
