Lee Novak
Chief Development Officer
Lee joined Vista Residential Partners in 2022. As Chief Development Officer, Lee is responsible for crafting, implementing, managing, and executing the overall development strategy for the company. Providing leadership and direction to the development team across all markets, Lee brings 25 years of experience in development. Over the years, Lee has worked on multiple products, including affordable and market-rate apartments, hospitality projects, and utility-scale solar power plants.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Lee was a Vice President and Partner for Fore Property Company in the Pacific Northwest. While at Fore, he developed over 2,000 units with total sales of over $540 million.
Lee holds a Masters of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University.
