Lee Novak

Lee joined Vista Residential Partners in 2022 as Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions. In this role, Lee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development in these regions including site acquisitions, financial analysis, development & construction oversight, lease up and dispositions. Lee has been active in development for 25 years and has worked on multiple products including affordable and market rate apartments, hospitality, and utility scale solar power plants.

Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Lee was a Vice President and Partner for Fore Property Company in the Pacific Northwest. While at Fore, he developed over 2,000 units with total sales of over $540 million.

Lee holds a Masters of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University.
