Kyle Clinton
Director of Development
Kyle joined Vista Residential Partners in 2025 as Director of Development. He began his tenure with VRP in Colorado before relocating to Ohio, where he oversees all aspects of the development process throughout the state, including land acquisition, entitlements, construction oversight, lease-up, and disposition.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Kyle served as Development Manager at Holland Partner Group, where he worked on multifamily developments across a range of asset types, from garden-style communities to podium projects. His experience spanned key phases of the development process, including due diligence, consultant coordination, and project execution.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
