Kurt Kenyon brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise across commercial, institutional, industrial, high-rise residential, and multifamily construction. He began his career in Atlanta in 1990 and progressed through project management and senior leadership roles, building a broad foundation across complex projects and multiple asset types.
For 19 years, Kurt specialized in high-end high-rise condominium construction throughout Southeast Florida, working with both general contractors and owner-builders. Over the past decade, he has focused on the development and construction of multifamily communities throughout North Carolina and Southwest Florida.
As a licensed General Contractor in Florida and North Carolina, Kurt brings a hands-on leadership style, deep construction expertise, and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and project execution. His experience across markets, project types, and organizational structures allows him to navigate complex construction challenges while consistently delivering high-quality results.
