Kevin Gullo
Project Executive
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Kevin was the lead superintendent on projects for the Aventon Companies. Kevin has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years in several different Construction Management roles and in several different markets starting in Western New York region, Maryland, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
During his time in the construction industry, Kevin has overseen the completion of over 2,500 apartment units, including tax credit and market rate developments, in addition to his commercial, hospitality and residential construction experience.
