Joe Miller
Director of Development
Joe joined Vista Residential Partners in 2024 as Director of Development, pursuing opportunities across the Southeast and Midwest. His decade of experience includes market-rate and student product across the Sunbelt, with a focus on Georgia and Florida.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Joe served as Development Manager at ECI Group, where he worked on both urban and garden product types, securing numerous challenging entitlements. Prior to ECI, Joe served in development roles at NEWPORT US RE and at Landmark Properties.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Michigan.
