Jason Lentz

Jason joined Vista Residential Partners in October 2023 as Managing Director – Texas Regional Partner. In his role, Jason is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development throughout the state. This includes site acquisition, oversight of the construction and development process as well as lease-up and disposition. Jason has spent his entire 25-year career in the multifamily development industry and has overseen the development of multiple product types including student housing, for-sale condominiums, hospitality, and market-rate apartments.

Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Jason was the Senior Director of Development – Southwest Region for LIV Development. While at LIV he was responsible for the development of over 2,200 with a capitalization of over $500 million.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
