Harris Reeves
Assistant Project Manager – Construction
Harris Reeves joined Vista Residential Partners in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager of Construction. In his role, Harris is responsible for all aspects of the construction lifecycle including bidding, estimating, planning, permitting, and managing the asset under construction.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Harris served leadership roles in both development and construction capacity. Most recently, Harris was a Development Manager for TCR where he managed the lifecycle of a development from acquisition to disposition. Prior to TCR, Harris was a Project Engineer for Liles Construction where he was an integral part of the estimating and construction team and was involved in the construction of various product types including retail, office, hospitality, and residential. Prior to Liles Construction, Harris created his own development management company known as RZR Development, a residential based development company.
Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and his Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University. Harris maintains both his South Carolina and North Carolina Real Estate Licenses.
