Grant Wood
Director of Development
Grant joined Vista Residential Partners in 2026 as Director of Development and is based in Tampa. In this role, Grant is responsible for the execution of the firm’s multifamily development projects throughout Florida. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on ground-up urban development.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Grant served as owner’s representative for Drever Capital on a high-rise mixed-use tower in downtown Clearwater. Before that, he held principal development management roles at Opus South Corporation, where he oversaw multiple ground-up high-rise residential and mixed-use projects totaling more than $400 million in value. Grant has also developed infill townhome projects as principal.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with majors in Real Estate & Urban Economics, Risk Management & Insurance, and Management & Human Resources. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker and a board member of the YMCA of the Suncoast.
