Dave Skelton
Senior Vice President – Construction Development
Dave Skelton joined Vista Residential Partners in May 2018. He began his multifaceted career with Holder Construction Co., and J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co. Following that, he worked with Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) which later became, Gables Residential. During his 26-year tenure with TCR / Gables, he held the roles of Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Development Associate, and VP of Investment Operations. In September 2015, Dave left Gables to start his own consulting business, Omega CM Services, LLC.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
