Darren West

Darren joined Apex Multifamily Construction in July 2025 as Senior Project Manager, heading up the design and construction team for the Denver Office. Before joining Apex, Darren held Construction Management roles with notable national development firms such as Embrey Development, Holland Partners, and Fairfield Residential.  With over 30 years in the construction industry, almost exclusively in the Multifamily sector, Darren has successfully managed the completion of over 13,000 apartment units and a total value of over $1.3B. Darren’s project portfolio includes garden-style apartments, wraps and podiums, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use, and apartment redevelopment.

Darren West has developed a reputation for being a creative and effective problem solver, using inventive solutions to manage and deliver outstanding projects. As Senior Project Manager, Darren partners his knowledge and expertise in the design-build delivery process with his unique ability to establish effective relationships with both clients and local subcontractors, providing leadership, trust, and confidence during construction.
