Chase Addington

Chase joined Vista Residential Partners in November 2025 as Managing Director and Texas Regional Partner. In this role, he oversees all aspects of development across the state, including site acquisition, construction and development execution, lease-up, and asset disposition.

Chase brings more than 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a background spanning development, property acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and valuation. Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, he served as Vice President and Area Development Partner at JPI Companies. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for the development of more than 5,000 units with total capitalization exceeding $1.5 billion. Chase holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Alabama and maintains a real estate license in the state of Texas.
