Bob Nelson

Bob joined Apex in 2025 as a senior project superintendent with 29+ years in the construction industry. Responsible for day-to-day site operations, quality control measures, safety and health control measures, and ensuring project expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Manage all field activities associated with project and supervise all designated field construction work by subcontractors and employees. Assist project team to ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and client expectations.

Bob’s relevant experience includes: Medical, Research, “High-End” Hospitality, Office, Food & Beverage, “High-End” Multifamily, Retail, Large Sites and High-Rise. Extensive experience in site logistics planning with tower crane operations, and high-rise construction in an up-town environment. Structural experience includes: Large sites and excavations, Deep foundations including caissons, auger-cast piles, geo-piers Large cast-in-place concrete including PT and high-rise, Large structural steel framing systems with composite decks including high-rise, and “European shapes”.
