Alex Eyssen

Alex joined Vista in 2026 as its Senior Managing Director for the Carolina Regions.

He has nearly 24 years of experience in the development, disposition, and management of multifamily and student housing real estate across every region of the U.S.  Alex has also practiced as a trial attorney handling land use matters.

Prior to joining Vista Residential, Alex was a Senior Managing Director and partner with Mill Creek Residential Trust.  In that role, Alex opened the Company’s Carolinas Division and oversaw all ground-up multifamily development opportunities in North and South Carolina.  Prior to Mill Creek, Alex served in similar development roles at The Bainbridge Companies and Campus Crest Communities.  During his career, Alex has been involved in the development of multifamily and student housing assets with a total capitalization exceeding $1.5 billion.

Alex holds a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University, a Bachelor of Science from McMurry University, and is a member in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
