Adam Cagle brings more than 28 years of construction experience across the commercial, industrial, multifamily, and build-to-rent sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with general contractors, developers, and vertically integrated organizations across the Southeast, overseeing the development and construction of more than 6,500 residential units representing over $1.0 billion in multifamily assets. His experience spans a wide range of multifamily product types, including garden-style communities, high-density wrap developments, LIHTC communities, build-to-rent projects, and renovations.
Adam has extensive experience working alongside developers, ownership groups, government agencies, design consultants, and construction teams throughout the full project lifecycle. His expertise includes plan development, budgeting, construction feasibility, construction execution, and warranty management, with a focus on delivering projects that meet both investment objectives and long-term operational goals.
Throughout his career, Adam has emphasized building lasting relationships with project teams, consultants, investors, developers, and trade partners. His collaborative approach and depth of construction experience help drive successful project execution from early planning through completion.
