Justin Houston

Justin joined Vista Residential Partners in August 2026 and serves as Managing Director – Carolinas Regional Partner. In this role, he oversees all aspects of new multifamily development throughout North and South Carolina, including site selection, underwriting, design and entitlements, construction, and property management oversight. Justin brings more than 20 years of real estate experience across the Southeast, combining multifamily development and engineering consulting expertise.

Before joining Vista Residential Partners, Justin served as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential. During his tenure, he worked across a variety of multifamily product types and markets, ranging from urban core development to suburban communities throughout Charlotte and Raleigh.

Justin holds a Professional Engineering License in North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
