Louis joined Vista Residential Partners in May 2025 as Senior Construction Project Manager, heading up the construction operations in the Texas market. Before joining Vista, Louis held Construction Management roles at CF Jordan/Jordan Foster Construction and Oden Hughes Taylor Construction.
Louis brings over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years in the Multifamily sector. Louis has successfully managed the completion of several thousand apartment units, including garden-style, high density/wrap, podium, mid-rise, and mixed-use developments. His experience covers estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and overall construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects efficiently, on time, and under budget.
As Senior Construction Project Manager, Louis partners his knowledge and expertise in the construction industry with his unique ability to establish effective relationships with both clients and local subcontractors, providing leadership, trust, and confidence during construction, as well as exceptional leadership and team building for the construction operations teams he manages.
Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Construction Management degree from the University of Texas.
