Brian Carew brings over 25 years of multifamily construction experience, with a background spanning markets from Colorado to the Bay Area. He has worked across a wide range of project types, including garden-style walk-ups, large-scale podium developments, and building wraps featuring precast and cast-in-place (CIP) parking structures.

Throughout his career, Brian has successfully led projects from preconstruction through completion, while also stepping in to stabilize and guide projects through complex challenges. He is driven by the dynamic nature of construction—collaborating with trade partners, navigating daily problem-solving, and seeing projects progress from concept to completion. Delivering a finished community that stands the test of time is what he finds most rewarding.
