He is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Rodney spent 10 years with LandSouth Construction, where he worked on seven multifamily projects throughout the Florida market.
