Dennis Holley

Dennis Holley joined Apex Multifamily Construction in March 2025 as Senior Project Manager for Georgia and Tennessee. Prior to Apex, Dennis worked with nationally ranked firms including Wood Partners, Callahan Construction Managers, Batson-Cook, and WG Yates Construction. At Wood Partners, Dennis was the Project Executive over the Atlanta office with multiple high-profile projects in the metro area. At Callahan, he led the high-rise teams for projects in the Boston area, completing several high-end projects. During his time at WG Yates, Dennis was instrumental in opening and growing the Atlanta office as the Project Executive to become a major contractor in the Georgia and Florida markets.

With over 30 years of experience, Dennis has completed more than 2 billion dollars in projects, including high-rise, podiums, garden-style, and wrap projects. He brings considerable experience and knowledge with all aspects of construction and development, including management, design, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and development.
