Jennifer brings more than fifteen years of multifamily real estate experience, with a career rooted in large-scale operations, asset performance, and ground-up development execution.
Prior to joining Vista Residential, Jennifer spent over a decade with Greystar, where she held leadership roles overseeing high-performing portfolios across major metropolitan markets throughout the Southeast. During her tenure, she oversaw more than $1 billion in multifamily real estate, spanning ultra luxury, mixed-use, and master planned communities across garden style, mid-rise, and high-rise product.
Her experience includes pre-development planning, construction coordination, lease-up strategy, and long-term portfolio oversight, giving her a clear understanding of how early development decisions influence operational efficiency and asset performance over time. She is known for her disciplined, analytical approach and her ability to translate strategy into consistent results.
As Director of Asset Management at Vista Residential, Jennifer works across the full lifecycle of each project to ensure alignment between development intent and operational execution. She brings a deeply operational lens to asset strategy, with a focus on risk mitigation, performance optimization, and long-term value creation.
