VISTA RESIDENTIAL PARTNERS ANNOUNCES SALE OF RIVERCHASE VISTA IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA
September 18, 2025 – Savannah, GA – Vista Residential Partners, a national multifamily development firm, has announced the successful sale of Riverchase Vista, a 300-unit multifamily community located in Savannah, Georgia. The community was sold to L&B Realty Advisors with Cushman & Wakefield serving as the exclusive advisor on the transaction.
Riverchase Vista, completed in 2024, marks the third successful project between Vista Residential Partners and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC). The development was made possible through a construction loan provided by First Horizon Bank and equity partnership with Nationwide, further underscoring the strong institutional relationships that contributed to the community’s success. The property delivered in one of Savannah’s most dynamic growth corridors, achieved an impressive lease-up due to the submarket’s strong population growth and employment story within manufacturing, logistics, aerospace/airlines and healthcare services.
Located within the Chatham Center master development, Riverchase Vista is part of a mixed-use development that is neighbored by a Class A hotel, restaurants, and retailers.
