Jenna Sapp

Jenna Sapp is Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Vista Residential Partners, where she leads strategic financial initiatives and oversees accounting operations and reporting across the organization. She joined Vista in 2025, bringing deep expertise in real estate financial operations and capital management.

Prior to joining Vista, Jenna served as Controller at a vertically integrated multifamily real estate private equity firm with over $4 billion in assets under management. Her responsibilities included capital activity, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury operations, and compliance.

Earlier in her career, Jenna worked in public accounting, rising to Audit Senior Manager. She led audits for a wide range of real estate clients, including commercial and multifamily properties at various stages of development and operation.

Jenna is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accounting from Georgia State University.
