Sr. Superintendent
Redd joined Apex in January 2025 as a Senior Superintendent. Redd’s experience started in his youth watching & working in his Uncle’s Civil Contracting business. Redd worked his way forward as a tradesman operating heavy earth-moving equipment, carpenter, welder, rod buster & concrete worker. He transitioned to management and worked as a Superintendent on all levels starting in 1995. In addition, he worked as a project manager for a self-performed site development company, working on projects for NAVFAC for a couple of years.
His experience is across the board including High Rise & Mid Rise, Multi Family post tension podium, Big Box, shopping malls, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Educational, Casino, Federal Government & Local Municipalities Projects, and LEED Certified Gold projects.
