Jackie Mauzy
HR Generalist
Jackie Mauzy joined Vista Residential Partners in 2024 as HR Generalist. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR strategy. As the sole HR professional, she plays a key role in managing HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Prior to joining Vista, Jackie served as HR Generalist for a single-family residential construction company, where she independently managed all HR functions. She developed and implemented HR policies, optimized benefits programs, and ensured alignment with company goals and industry best practices. She also played a pivotal role in securing financial support during the pandemic through federal funding programs.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University and a specialty certification in HR Department of One through SHRM, demonstrating her commitment to strategic HR leadership and operational excellence.
