Neill Faucett

Neill Faucett is a real estate investor with several operating partners in Atlanta, GA.
At the end of 2019, he retired as a partner at Lubert Adler in Atlanta, Ga. He opened the Atlanta office in 2006 and served on the investment committee for 13 years. During his tenure at Lubert Adler, the firm invested over $4 billion in equity across all asset classes both in development and acquisition.
Prior to joining Lubert Adler, Mr. Faucett was a founding partner of the Atlanta accounting firm, Faucett, Taylor & Associates which merged with Frazier and Deeter which is a top 50 accounting firm in the US. During this time, Faucett Consulting advised real estate clients in debt and equity as well as strategic planning and business structures.
Prior to this, Mr. Faucett worked with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Faucett graduated magma cum laude from Auburn University. He received the President’s Award as the outstanding business school graduate. In addition, he was selected as the outstanding accounting graduate.
Mr. Faucett serves on the boards of The Asian Christian Academy, World Outreach Fund, Calvary Children’s Home and the One Foundation.
