Andrew Bruhn
VP of Construction – South East Region
Andrew Bruhn joined Vista Residential Partners in 2022 as Vice President of Construction for the Southeast region. Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Andrew was Vice President of Construction, Mid-Atlantic for the Bainbridge Companies. Andrew has worked in the construction industry for more than 22 years in several different markets including the Mid-West, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Prior to Bainbridge, Andrew worked for other large real estate development/construction companies including NRP Group, Wood Partners and LeChase.
During his time in the construction industry, Andrew has overseen the commencement and completion of over 6,000 apartment units including tax credit, market rate, student housing and mixed-use developments, in addition to his commercial construction experience.
