Alex Vespoli
Managing Director – Regional Partner for the Mid-Atlantic
Alex Vespoli joined Vista Residential Partners in 2022 and is the Managing Director – Regional Partner for the Mid-Atlantic. Alex is responsible for all phases of the multifamily development process in the region and supports the company’s growth in the Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Pennsylvania markets. He leads the sourcing and execution of development projects in the region including site selection, market and financial analyses, and management of entitlements, design, and construction. He has been involved in the origination, financing, development, and construction of over 1,650 apartment units with total capitalization in excess of $430 million.
Prior to joining Vista Residential Partners, Alex served in leadership roles with Questar Properties and Johnson Development Associates. Alex holds a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
